My name is Brett, experienced headhunter and senior leader at Fraser Dove International. My early career focused on executive search and perfecting my craft in Engineering; placing engineers within multiple industries including life sciences.
In 2018 I joined Fraser Dove to lead the Engineering & Technical practice, so I could focus purely on the life sciences sector. I quickly became a leading voice within this space whilst successfully growing a team around me. In 2020 I took responsibility for the Manufacturing Operations practice and now lead both teams under the umbrella of Technical Operations.
I share the vision and passion of the leadership team, and as I help drive Fraser Dove forwards by continuously improving our service offering, I ensure we still deliver a seamless process to our partners, clients and candidates.
