My name is Joseph, ex-finance professional, experienced headhunter and Co-Founder of Fraser Dove International. I ensure our search solutions delight our clients and deliver value. It’s the reason why many of our clients partner with Fraser Dove on a retained, exclusive basis.

Established in 2013, Fraser Dove International has grown from a small outfit to a successful, agile executive search firm partnering with a variety of life science organisations from industry leaders to emerging startups. I serve to ensure a high degree of client and candidate satisfaction, ensuring the business is well positioned to continually scale its footprint and service offering to meet the needs of our clients and candidates.

To this end, my philosophy as a business owner is to forge long-standing business partnerships with clients. We don’t seek to partner with every organisation; rather we choose to collaborate with those who value us as much as we do them.
