Fraser Dove International partnered exclusively with a Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) specialising in the development of active pharmaceutical ingredients and the manufacture and distribution of their own product line. 

 

Our client urgently sought a Site Director of Finance to oversee one of their largest sites with duties spanning risk management, reporting, regional strategy and driving overall site productivity. The successful candidate was expected to overhaul financial processes and programmes, and report on on-site transformation risks.

 

Despite our client’s best efforts, the position had stood vacant for months. Situated in a life science ‘hot spot’, they faced stiff competition for talent and had failed to attract the high-calibre of talent they sought. Facing another quarter with the position outstanding, they turned to Fraser Dove International for help.

In total, George delivered a shortlist of seven exceptional candidates within three weeks of search commencement. Four of these candidates were existing members of George’s well-established network, while the other three were headhunted. 

 

Shortlist delivered, all seven candidates were invited to the interview. Each candidate was assessed for their cultural fit, which led to three candidates progressing to the second and third stage interviews.
